EXECUTIVE BOARD

Frankie is a true success story. When he was 15 years old, he went to prison for a crime that resulted in a 20-year sentence. He was released a month before his 28th birthday. Within 2 years, he was captured by the FBI for another violation and sent back to prison for 4 years. It was at that time he knew he had to do something different with his life. He was able to get his life back on track and build a successful career, family, and purposeful life. Frankie Torres now has over 15 years of experience in consulting, operations management, and employment services. As a role model, Mr. Torres has readily passed on the knowledge and techniques he acquired to change his life, as well as his journey of understanding the concept of self-worth…to build a life without crime and to stay "On-Point". He remains steadfast in his involvement in the re-entry program having helped inmates regain their independence and place in society.
