Dr. Brian Stevens, PhD is a nationally recognized conflict management expert, Certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS), and disabled veteran with over 26 years of honorable service in the United States Navy and Army. He serves as President and CEO of N2B Solutions Group, Inc. and The Reentry Group, LLC, providing executive-level leadership in conflict dynamics, mediation, investigations, employee relations, and workforce development.

 

Dr. Stevens’ work is distinctly focused on advancing opportunity and long-term success for justice-impacted individuals through structured conflict management, behavioral accountability, and career readiness strategies. He is a certified practitioner in the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and is widely regarded for translating complex human capital challenges into sustainable organizational and individual outcomes.
